Melissa Bailey is a Certified Clinical Herbalist and board-certified diagnostic medical sonographer with over 17 years of experience serving patients in healthcare and a deep commitment to whole-person wellness.

She completed a comprehensive two-year professional herbalist training program through North Star Herbal Studies, followed by advanced clinical herbal education focused on assessment, Traditional Chinese Medicine, materia medica, case analysis, and individualized herbal formulation.

Her clinical experience includes advanced internships through both Oak Leaf Herbal and Wild Roots, where she strengthened her skills in client assessment, identifying complex health patterns, case analysis, and creating thoughtful, personalized herbal plans.

At Leaf & Sol Herbal Clinic, Melissa works with adults and children and offers consultations both in person and virtually.

Outside of her work, Melissa enjoys gardening, creativity, time with her husband and daughters, and being involved in her church and local community. Her love of plants and family-centered care is a big part of what inspired Leaf & Sol Herbal Clinic.
